Karthik started Sangam in 2016 to find a new model to provide early stage support for climate change pioneers. He spends a lot of his time with the portfolio and within the clean technology ecosystem in India and globally. At Sangam Ventures, he has led investments in eight clean technology start-ups bringing game-changing technologies and business models to the market. Prior to Sangam, Karthik led clean-tech investments in India for Acumen Fund. Prior to that he was with TVS Capital Funds where he served as the EA to the MD of the fund and focused on developing investment thesis for providing basic services in water, energy and agriculture for inclusive growth. Karthik holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, MS in Public Policy & Mgmt from Carnegie Mellon and a BTech from the IIT Bombay.

Moses created Lentera Limited as a farming technology company enabling farmers adapt to climate change through climate smart farm inputs, precision agriculture and conservation agriculture. Lentera currently has a climate smart organic fertilizer and is now launching a precision farming module using sensors to enable fast and accurate farm decisions. Moses has recently succeeded in raising funding, and will share his experience raising investment and what it has meant for his business. He is a 2018 graduate of the Land Accelerator Africa.

India Country Director @Upaya ventures
Amit is passionate about working with early stage social entrepreneurs who are trying to solve global development challenges through a market based approach. Amit currently is the India Country Director for Upaya and leads the efforts in identifying, coaching and investing in early-stage companies across India. Prior to joining Upaya, he led the enterprise development efforts at Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves for clean cooking entrepreneurs around the world by providing grant funding and capacity building support.
